This luxury holiday home has been built using Cornish slate and granite and has exposed Oak beams and floorboards. It is modern, homely and spacious and brings a perfect holiday balance with waterside tranquility.
There is a large terraced garden for family Barbecues, a pagoda and garden seating. The balcony over the water has far reaching views of the Fowey estuary with lots of boats & yacht activity. The balcony leads straight from the living room perfect for sitting with a morning coffee or glass of wine before dinner .
The kitchen is extensively equipped for creating some wonderful Cornish cuisine. Alternatively, there are several fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes close by.
The house can be rented on it’s own to accommodate 6 guests or the studio can be added to accommodate 8 guests.
The main property is dog friendly and there is plenty of things to see and do with your dog around Polruan and Cornwall.
The entire property is non-smoking.

Kitchen & Dining Room
The main living space is a huge open planned area, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful Fowey estuary. A large circular dining table seats up to eight guests very comfortably plus breakfast bar for two. The kitchen is extensively equipped with everything the Chef in your party will need. The Aga style oven, built in vegetable steamer and Miele Coffee maker adds a truly luxurious touch.
Beautifully handmade sofas and arm chairs look out over the water creating plenty of seating for eight people. There are no curtains but the windows are privacy glass, enabling the view to be enjoyed in the starlit evenings with total privacy. Whilst large and open planned, the property is naturally very warm however the log burning stove will add a romantic hue to your evening. With French windows leading from the sitting area you have a perfectly sized balcony where steps lead down to your private boat mooring.
The three bedrooms in the main property are all ensuite. The master suite boasts a stunning four-poster bed and another room offers the convenience of a Zip & Link bed – making a superking or two singles. The bedroom in the Studio apartment is open planned, giving gorgeous views across the Estuary. All beds are Hypnos mattresses with luxurious 200 thread count Egyptian Cotton White Company bedding for the best night’s sleep possible!
The separate Studio apartment gives that extra bit of space – maybe for the grandparents or teenagers in your party. It is fully self contained with fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, ensuite bathroom, sitting & dining area and log burning stove. It is tucked up above the main property, giving views across the estuary from its own terrace area with outdoor dining. The studio cannot be rented separately and if you do not need it, it will be locked and unoccupied during your holiday.
All of the ensuites have been furnished to a superior standard with Fired Earth tiling, Villeroy & Boch ceramics and high end walk-in drench showers. The master suite has the addition of a deep spa bath. We supply The White Company towels and Clarins, Aveda and Neals Yard beauty items and products with our complements.
Private gated terrace provides total security and privacy for family BBQ’s, the little ones playing and if you bring your dog. The flag stone terrace is beautifully appointed with shrubs, plants and trees native to the County. The bespoke garden furniture is perfect for family al fresco dining experiences giving uninterrupted views of the Fowey estuary.
